sLs Group Corp Profile
Careers & Auditions
1. The Faculty Paradigm: Stability, Autonomy, & Prestige
At sLs Group Corp, our instructors are anchored by an elite international entertainment and lifestyle network. We do not recruit temporary gig-workers; we build long-term partnerships with exceptional musicians who value professional autonomy, premium standardized remuneration, and exclusive career access to major global stages.
2. The Scandinavian Corporate Framework
Driven directly by our Europe-based CEO—a highly trained classical and modern musician—sLs operates on a completely different model than traditional music schools and universities. Rejecting rigid, old-school bureaucracies that waste millions on physical administrative real estate, our Japan operations utilize a "fully decentralized framework" (leveraging premium rented studios and home-based lessons). This concept is globally recognized for extreme capital efficiency and is visibly utilized across leading Scandinavian countries, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. All saved capital is directly redirected into our faculty's luxury-tier remuneration brackets and our major global operations spanning Live Nation Entertainment, Sony Music, Universal Studios, and official multi-nation Ministries of Foreign Affairs.
3. Standardized Remuneration Structure
To ensure compliance, financial stability, and absolute equity across our entire global faculty, all remuneration brackets are strictly standardized and non-negotiable for incoming applicants.
-
Standard Faculty Bracket: ¥3,400 – ¥4,800 / hour (Initial entry bracket based on verified qualifications and regional allocation).
-
Senior Faculty Bracket: ¥4,000 – ¥5,500 / hour (Strictly reserved for instructors who have completed one full year of exceptional service within sLs, combined with a verified ten-year history of pedagogical excellence).
4. The 2027 Ensemble Assembly & Student Talent Pipeline
All major projects within the sLs ecosystem are meticulously planned 18 to 24 months in advance. Throughout 2026, we are aggressively recruiting elite new instructors to prepare for our official 5-Year Global Vision kicking off in 2027. Our immediate objective from 2027 onwards is the systematic assembly of our elite internal chamber formations, including dedicated sLs Trios, Quartets, Quintets, and a core 12-player string ensemble. Once fully integrated, these ensembles will perform on landmark Tokyo stages—such as our annual charity concert for the Red Cross at Sumida Triphony Hall—and directly support internationally renowned, world-class Tier-1 classical soloists invited to Japan. High-commitment, loyal faculty members are prioritized for these high-status global productions. Furthermore, exceptional students trained within sLs receive exclusive pipeline access to audition and join our junior group formations.
